After 6 months, WorkSimple 1.3.5 has been released. Nothing too major, though I suppose this may be the last version of WorkSimple to be released. There's not too much else to be done with it as it is; moving to to SQL would be much easier to maintain.
WorkSimple 1.3.4 has been released! Numerous fixes are included with this release, along with the removal of the uploader module as it had security risks. Download here.
That's right! After almost a year, WorkSimple 1.3.3 is out! You can now edit and delete posts. Other little bugs are fixed too. Download here. See the upgrade tutorial for upgrade instructions.
WorkSimple blogging system version 1.3.1 has been released, click here to download. The code in do.php is cleaned up, also added salted hashes to login.
WorkSimple will be nearing a major release soon, with 1.3.0 (making the old version 1.3.0 a fork (which has yet to be completed)). Some of the new features/stuff include:
- Completely new module system, making it easier to add/create new modules.
- HTML code cleaned up
- Blogging system codebase re-coded
- Installation process streamlined
and numerous other stuff and bugs fixed.
Since my boredom has been growing substantially over the last couple days, I thought of building a SAN. Yes, a SAN, not a NAS. Get another web server running and put it in a round robin type config. Set up a SAN for centeralized storage (among other things), then yay!
Really, it's just an excuse to build more servers and use ports on my 24 port switch....
WorkSimple 1.2.3 was released the other day, improved on some things, 'optimized' some code.
Now that I have a new domain [geekness.eu], most of my old scripts point to the old address [2500mhz.info]. WorkSimple defiantly needs to be upgraded. If I come around to it, I'll check things out and release 1.2.2c sometime soon.
Edit: WS 1.2.2c released!
Rokke was built out of complete boredom; A platform for freelance developers to sell their scripts.
This weekend I have four days off, so I might do a little work on WorkSimple. 1.3.0 should be released, as its a major improvement from 1.2.2b. It implements a new theme system.
Anyway, this month or next month, I might hold a contest for a free domain (.info). Rules? Most useful/helpful/creative/constructive comment. Sign up here so I know who to email incase you win.
